Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
To qualify for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused condition (tags attached for apparel)
- In original packaging (especially important for delicate items like bridles or horse boots)
- Received within the last 15 days
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Equestrian Footwear (riding boots)
- Horse Care products (grooming items, topical treatments)
- Custom-made Competition Jackets or personalized tack
- Items marked “Final Sale” during special promotions
Return Process
