  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx (12.95 USD) – Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS (for orders over 50 USD) – Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

To qualify for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition (tags attached for apparel)
  • In original packaging (especially important for delicate items like bridles or horse boots)
  • Received within the last 15 days
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Equestrian Footwear (riding boots)
  • Horse Care products (grooming items, topical treatments)
  • Custom-made Competition Jackets or personalized tack
